I also know that the bulk of the work is in the house preparation. This is the second time that I have used Landis Painting (the first was to prepare and paint just the exterior trim). His crew is very experienced and arrived promptly at 8 am each day. The prep work was outstanding and I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the results. All of my dealings with Steve Landis were professional and timely. If you want the BEST job and not the cheapest, I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND Landis Painting.
